Las telecomunicaciones son un sector muy regulado. En España el marco general es la Ley 11/2022, de 28 de junio, General de Telecomunicaciones, que se completa con normas europeas y con las obligaciones que fija la autoridad de competencia para los operadores.

Ayudamos a interpretar ese marco en casos concretos: obligaciones de un operador, condiciones de acceso a infraestructuras de terceros, uso del dominio público, permisos de despliegue y efecto de las nuevas normas europeas, como el Reglamento (UE) 2024/1309 sobre infraestructuras gigabit. Cuando el asunto requiere asesoramiento jurídico formal, trabajamos junto a los abogados del cliente.

Telecommunications is a heavily regulated sector. In Spain the general framework is Law 11/2022 of 28 June, the General Telecommunications Act, supplemented by EU legislation and by the obligations the competition authority sets for operators.

We help apply that framework to specific cases: an operator’s obligations, terms of access to other parties’ infrastructure, use of public land, rollout permits and the effect of new EU rules such as Regulation (EU) 2024/1309, the Gigabit Infrastructure Act.
